Underground commercial block opens in Yunyan

The Qianlingshan Xingyuemao underground commercial block at the south gate of Qianlingshan Park opened on Sept 12, drawing many visitors.

Located in central Yunyan district, the block connects with Qianlingshan Park and is close to Guiyang Metro Line 3. Its 12 entrances and exits link it underground with surrounding residential communities and transport hubs, covering a total area of nearly 10,000 square meters, with nearly 180 merchants having set up shops in the block.

Embodied with the artistic conception of Guizhou's mountains and waters, the block integrates local cultural elements, including intangible cultural heritage, ethnic delicacies, and cultural and creative products, endowing the commercial space with both cultural charm and consumption functions.

The block is one of the first cultural and tourism-themed commerce areas in central Yunyan district, Guiyang. It will roll out a series of measures to benefit the public and further boost regional consumption.
