Qianling ropeway sees surge in visitor flows

Passenger volume of the Qianling ropeway in Yunyan district's Qianlingshan Park has been rising steadily since the start of the summer‑escape season, receiving nearly 6,000 tourists per day on average.

Qianlingshan Park has drawn visitors from across the country for leisure and sightseeing throughout the summer, thanks to its picturesque natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and unique wildlife.

The upgraded ropeway serves not only as a convenient way to access the mountaintop, but also an excellent place to admire the scenery of Qianling Mountain and gaze out over the urban skyline. This distinctive sightseeing experience is widely popular among tourists.

Zhong Shilei, a park representative, said, "To fully cope with the huge crowds and guarantee a satisfying tourist experience, we have refined and strengthened our management measures. Additional personnel have been deployed at crowded spots such as the ticket office, waiting zones, and entrances and exits of boarding and alighting stations."
