Yunyan lands Guizhou's first coffee machine R&D and manufacturing base

Guiyang's Yunyan district hosted the signing ceremony for the GSH under-counter coffee machine production project on June 12, marking the establishment of Guizhou's first coffee machine R&D and manufacturing base, signifying the city's integrated development of coffee machine research, production, processing, and sales.

Teams from multiple Guiyang-based brands collaborated to design this locally developed GSH coffee machine. Its core innovation lies in separating the main unit from the brewing head, with the main unit installed beneath the counter and only a small operational component remaining on the countertop, maximizing usable space.

The equipment features optimized piping and precision valves to ensure stable temperature extraction, a large-capacity steam boiler to reduce energy consumption and manufacturing costs, and a one-touch cleaning function.

The product offers three operational modes: automatic dosing, manual control, and a mechanical lever, making it adaptable for various scenarios, including home use, commercial applications, and professional enthusiasts. The machine, currently undergoing trial use in nearly 10 coffee shops across Guiyang, has obtained a design patent, and its utility model patent is pending approval.

The head of GSH coffee machine project said they will focus on mass production of the machine and on further refining and promoting Guiyang's independently developed coffee equipment in external markets, addressing gaps in Guizhou's local coffee equipment manufacturing industry.
