Yunyan holds exhibition on urban renovation

An exhibition on residential landscape design kicked off at Yuantong Street in Yunyan district on May 18 and will run until May 29. It showcases more than 30 design renovations made to old courtyards, created by students majoring in environmental design at Guizhou Education University.

Teachers and students have been conducting field investigations and on-site surveys across local streets since the renovation project began. Drawing on their professional expertise, they put forward multiple renovation plans for the old courtyards on Yuantong Street. The artistic creations have brightened the daily lives of community residents while improving the students' real-world skills.

Yunyan will continue working with Guizhou Education University to build platforms for young students to gain practical experience, seek employment, and start businesses, encouraging them to contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of Yunyan.
