Yunyan project accelerates construction

Construction and investment promotion for the Yunyan District Cultural and Creative Industrial Park project are advancing in parallel, with all preparations progressing rapidly.

The park, a benchmark project for the revitalization of Guiyang's industrial heritage focusing on "industrial memory + culture and tourism", is scheduled to open in October this year, injecting strong new impetus into the upgrading of Guiyang's commercial landscape and the quality and efficiency of its cultural and tourism industry.

The project is not merely a spatial renovation; it is a key practice in response to Guizhou province's development strategy of "equal emphasis on the protection and utilization of industrial heritage", and a core component of the construction of the industry-city integration demonstration zone in Yunyan.

A professional investment promotion team of more than 50 members and a construction team of over 30 people are now working in coordination, striving to achieve the set goals.

The project is set to create new jobs, boost the regional night economy, revitalize the surrounding commercial vitality, and become a new consumer destination and cultural-tourism landmark in Guiyang's old town.
