Yunyan enterprise thrives in AI era

Data Valley Intelligence Cloud, an IT company based in Yunyan district, Guiyang, is developing rapidly amid the surging digital economy.

Founded in November 2025, the company, which is mainly involved in data annotation, vertical large model training, AIGC, digital content creative production, and film and animation production, has quickly built a strong technical production team of 40 staff members. It has also reserved nearly 150 technical talents through the in-depth integration of industry and education, emerging as a major force behind Yunyan's efforts to embrace the AI era.

Zhang Teng, the company's vice-president, said that the company, in addition to its core data and model business, is developing various projects and is committed to process R&D and technological accumulation. In the digital content field, it is exploring the incubation of independent intellectual properties to build long-term competitiveness. Meanwhile, it meets diverse market demands by providing flexible services, such as customized R&D, human resource outsourcing, and operational agency.

"The company's rapid development is also attributable to the high-quality business environment of Yunyan district. From project inspection to implementation, we have deeply experienced the forward-looking layout and efficient services of the Yunyan district government in the development of the digital industry," said Zhang.

Benefiting from the favorable development environment, the company will continue to expand the scale of its team in 2026, strive to achieve a production revenue of 25 million yuan ($3.6 million), and develop and launch an annotation tool platform to further elevate the standardization level of its services and market competitiveness.

Zhang added that they hope Yunyan will continue to optimize and implement precise industrial guidance policies and attract more upstream and downstream enterprises in AI and data services to create a stronger industrial cluster.
