Yunyan district leads development of digital economy

Since the beginning of this year, Yunyan district has been developing an innovation system for digital economy infrastructure, industry, empowerment, investment attraction, and environment – achieving a number of new breakthroughs along the way.

It has promoted 10 digital infrastructure projects, with its investment completion rate ranking the highest in the city. The implementation of industry models such as "Craftsman" artificial intelligence (AI) has stimulated the vitality of industrial innovation, while cloud service revenue has reached 2.57 billion yuan ($359.7 million), a year-on-year increase of 62 percent.

The district has been focusing on introducing new technology and advancing ecological cultivation. Through precise investment promotion and policy support, it is building a full industry chain from technological research and development to scenario application, enabling digital technology to truly empower industrial upgrading and improve people's livelihoods.

Yunyan district will create a "cloud services + information and innovation" development model and layout new tracks for AI and data elements, focusing on tackling project challenges, attracting investment, and contributing to the development of Guizhou's digital economy.
