Yunyan district holds youth soccer competition

The opening ceremony of the second Shiliuzi Cup Youth Campus Soccer Friendly Competition and Summer Camp was held on Aug 6 in Yunyan district, Guiyang. Representative teams from Guangdong, Guangxi and other provinces attended the ceremony.

The event aimed to combine soccer with ethnic cultural exchange. Each team will compete on the green field and experience the charm of diverse ethnic cultures through a rich array of cultural activities.

In recent years, 1,430 schools in Guizhou province have received assistance from 1,117 schools in Guangdong province, with over 8,000 teachers exchanged. Through various forms of communication and sharing, the schools have managed to improve their teaching quality, management and faculty development.

During the event, the teams will also go to Rongjiang county to participate in the "Village Super League" for friendly games, and further promote ethnic cultural exchange and integration.
