Yunyan district holds enterprise experience event for graduates

The 2025 "Yunyan Tour for College Students" enterprise experience event was recently launched in Guizhou Industrial Design City. Eighty-eight graduates from Guizhou Aviation Vocational and Technical College visited the Yunyan Industrial Park and experienced the front line of enterprise production, embarking on an immersive career exploration.

The event aims to deepen the cooperation between government, schools, and enterprises, assisting college graduates in finding suitable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

At the Yunyan Industrial Park, students visited enterprises including Guizhou Xiangbin New Energy Co. They got an up-close look at the production process, experienced the working atmosphere, and gained a better understanding of how the enterprises operate.

A representative of the Yunyan district employment bureau gave a lecture on the subsidy policy for attracting college graduates to enterprises, promoting a virtuous cycle of government-school-enterprise cooperation in education.

A face-to-face discussion was held at the Guizhou Industrial Design City Conference Center after the visit, where enterprise representatives introduced their current situation, talent needs, and development blueprint.

The event marks a crucial step for Yunyan district in optimizing employment services and gathering multi-party cooperation. The district will continue to build such platforms, paving the way for young talent and injecting vitality into regional high-quality development.
