Yunyan district creates new engine for digital economy

Zhongjian Building Data Industry Park in Yunyan district was recently selected as part of the first batch of digital intelligent industrial parks in Guizhou province.

As the district's key digital economy center, the park will accelerate the cultivation of new driving forces for the digital economy's development and continue to build a regional digital industry cluster.

Guizhou province regards the digital economy as a key engine for high-quality development, continuously increasing its policy support. Zhongjian Building actively integrates into the province's digital intelligence industry layout, focusing on data annotation and application expansion. This effort has attracted seven key digital enterprises, forming a comprehensive ecosystem that covers data collection, processing, analysis, and platform development.

Wang Jun, president of Ronghe Holding Group (the building's exclusive operator), said, "We will provide decorations, office facilities, and equipment services for investment enterprises after they settle in Zhongjian Building. The occupancy rate of the building has increased from less than 10 percent at the beginning of 2023 to 80 percent. It is expected to attract 50 new enterprises by the end of 2025, with an occupancy rate of 95 percent."

Through the advantages of Zhongjian Building Data Industry Park, Yunyan district will strengthen the coordinated development of upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain, enhance the building's brand influence and core competitiveness, and help Guizhou's digital economy achieve new leaps in high-quality development.
