Yunyan district holds sci-tech matchmaking conference

The 2025 Yunyan district sci-tech week launch ceremony and achievement transformation matchmaking conference were held on May 26 in Yunyan Industrial Park.

Approximately 30 enterprise representatives attended the event, which was hosted by the Yunyan district bureau of science and technology and other district departments.

Yunyan district focuses on technological innovation, strengthening science and technology application, and promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements. From 2021 to 2024, the district obtained 532 provincial and municipal science and technology project approvals, with an average annual growth rate of 25 percent in R&D investment. The district currently boasts more than 100 high-tech enterprises and has been included in China's top 100 science and technology innovation zones for seven consecutive years.

During the sci-tech achievement demonstration and sharing section, Yang Lin, director of Guizhou Equipment Manufacturing Polytechnic's planning department, shared the bright prospects of school-enterprise cooperation, focusing on the scientific research wisdom of universities and the innovative practices of enterprises.

Li Bingqing, an expert from the National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center, also introduced the Guiyang sci-tech innovation voucher policy, clarifying doubts for relevant personnel and helping enterprises make full use of policy dividends, thereby injecting strong impetus into enterprise development.

Yunyan district will continue to conduct enterprise and campus activities to narrow the gap between technology and the public, building a new pattern of social science popularization.
