Qianlingshan Park: Guiyang's hottest Spring Festival holiday scenic spot

Guiyang's tourism industry saw significant growth from Jan 28 to Feb 4 over the Spring Festival holiday, with tourist arrivals and total tourism spending increasing by 13.85 percent and 14.66 percent, respectively.

Overnight visitors rose by 10.42 percent, with major out-of-province tourists coming from Sichuan, Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, and Chongqing.

The city's 44 key monitored A-level scenic spots welcomed 2.13 million visitors. The top 10 most-visited attractions were Qianlingshan Park, Huaxi Wetland Park, Qingyan Ancient Town, Time Town, Colorful Guizhou City, Tianhetan, Hebin Park, Jiaxiu Tower, Huaxi Yelang Valley, and Xiuwen Wildlife Park.

Qianlingshan Park remained the most popular destination.

Qianlingshan Park attracted large crowds with its festive ambiance and diverse activities. Visitors of all ages admired its natural beauty, watched lively animals, and enjoyed a bustling food market.

The park also hosted the Chinese New Year carnival, which featured lion dance parades, traditional cultural fairs, and concerts, creating a vibrant and joyful holiday atmosphere.
