To trip to Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province is complete without a visit to Qianlingshan Park, which is beloved not only by locals but also by out-of-town visitors and is hailed by netizens as the "must-visit first stop" in Guizhou.

Due to its free admission, it is also known as the "most cost-effective park in the country," attracting 30,000 to 40,000 visitors daily. During holidays, it is filled to the brim with crowds.

Established in 1957, the park is a national 4A-level tourist area, named after Qianling Mountain, the most famous mountain in southern Guizhou.

Renowned for its rolling mountains, clear waters, dense forests, ancient temples, sacred springs, and outgoing monkeys, the park has been a shining gem since ancient times.

Within the park, lush green peaks and distant views create a serene landscape, with over 1,500 species of trees and flowers and over 1,000 varieties of precious herbs thriving within its boundaries. Ancient towering trees, lush forests, and lively wild macaques can be seen roaming around, while the Qianling Lake sparkles nearby. Boating on the lake and feeling the gentle breeze against your face while surrounded by lush greenery is a tranquil experience.

The park's climate is characteristic of a highland subtropical climate, different from the typical subtropical regions of Central Asia, offering a mild and humid atmosphere with fresh and pleasant air. The park's clear blue skies, billowing clouds, and fresh air make it the perfect place for a relaxing stroll.

The park is also home to two national treasures - giant pandas Haibin and Xingbao. These adorable creatures garner immense attention with every expression and movement.

During winter, the park transforms into a picturesque wonderland with snow-covered trees, resembling a stunning ink painting, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in its beauty and creating a mesmerizing experience that will never be forgotten.
