Yunyan works to improve graduates' employability

The 2024 employment practical training camp of Yunyan district concluded at the Guiyang Vocational and Technical College in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 2. The three-day training camp involved 32 students from the college.

The opening ceremony of the camp took place on May 31 at the college with great pomp and circumstance.

Over the next three days, the training camp arranged a series of practical courses for the students. Throughout these sessions, students had the opportunity to think from the perspective of recruiters, gaining insights into companies' hiring needs and recruitment processes.

Additionally, through simulated high-pressure interviews, students honed their adaptability and psychological resilience in tense environments.

During the closing ceremony, all participants received certificates of completion, followed by a group photo session to commemorate this unforgettable moment.

The training camp not only provided students with a platform to showcase and enhance their abilities, but also laid a solid foundation for their future entry into the workforce.

Furthermore, it showcased the determination and effectiveness of Yunyan's human resources and social security bureau and employment bureau in promoting employment initiatives.
