Yunyan to complete a commercial complex in 2024

It is the first A+ flagship store built by Seazen Holdings Co in Southwest China, and the 7th A-class commercial flagship of Wuyue Plaza in China.

The project is located at the intersection of Renmin Avenue and Beijing Road. It will consist of a commercial complex, residential buildings, and office buildings, with a total construction area of 760,000 square meters.

The residential buildings and the commercial complex are expected to open in 2024.

The complex will work to improve business in Yunyan, enhance the urban appearance of Guiyang, further accelerate urban renewal, improve the layout of urban functions, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, stimulate the vitality of urban development, and improve the quality of urban functions.
