Students attend first day of gaokao in Yunyan

Yunyan district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, saw 5,746 students sit this year's college entrance examination, or gaokao, on June 7 and 8.

The district set up 188 test rooms at seven test sites.

Multiple departments in Yunyan cooperated to ensure a suitable environment for the exam.
