Campus basketball, football league tournament launched in Yunyan

The 2022 Yunyan district campus basketball and football league tournament kicked off on April 14 in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

All primary and secondary schools in the district participate in the competition.

The league tournament will last until June 24. It is hosted by the Yunyan district bureau of education and jointly organized by the Yunyan district campus football office and Guizhou Dongli Yinghao Sports Development Co.

A total of 31 teams from 16 primary and secondary schools in the district participate in the basketball competition, which is divided into four groups – one for each gender in both primary school and middle school.

The primary school boy and girl groups are in a 3-person system, while the games last 10 minutes. The middle school boy and girl groups are in a 5-person system, and the games last 40 minutes.

In addition, football players from 24 primary and middle schools will start a football league at Guiyang Anjing Primary School.
