Companies get better business services in Yunyan

Businesses are reporting that these days they are getting much more favorable services in Yunyan district of Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

One area in particular that is getting good reviews is business registrations.

"It only took half an hour to solve the problem. It's very fast and convenient," said Yang Xiqin, general manager of Guiyang Xinglu Commercial and Trading Co on Feb 23.

Yang gave her praise after she experienced the efficiency of procedures for business registration at the government affairs service hall in Yunyan district.

Luo Dan, a member of staff at the district's market supervision bureau, said the registration of Guiyang Xinglu Commercial and Trading went smoothly.

"The company encountered a problem when uploading the certificate of property rights," Luo said.

"I helped to sort out the compressed pictures and clarify the uploaded materials."

Luo said that now the business registrations can be handled online, many companies may encounter problems in the transfer of shares, change of address and business scope. But as long as they were needed, the staff members would try their best to help and resolve their needs better and faster.

Currently, enterprises can apply for business licenses, food business licenses, drug business licenses, and safety equipment use certificates online.

If preferred, businesses can apply in person for licenses, tax registration, opening of bank accounts and other services in the district's government affairs service hall. These services, as well as free official seal engravings, can be completed in one working day.

Moving forwards, plans are for Yunyan to provide even better services for companies, to boost the district's development.
