A symphony concert celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held at the Xingguang Theater in Guiyang's Yunyan district on June 30.

The concert opened with the symphony overture "Sing a Folk Song for the Party".

Classic performances were staged during the concert as well, including the violin and orchestra "Hongmei Zan", soprano solo "Have a Dream", the orchestra "Jasmine Flower", tenor solo "Dedicating Everything to the Party", and string ensemble "Yannanfei".

It concluded with the chorus "Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China".
