Taichi softball event held in Guiyang city's Yunyan district

A Taichi softball performance and exchange event was held at Qianlingshan Park – in the Yunyan district of Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – on June 11.

Part of the district's activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the event was organized by the Yunyan district culture, sports, radio, television, and tourism bureau and the Party working committee of the Touqiao sub-district – attracting the participation of more than 300 players in 16 teams.

More of such cultural and sports activities are scheduled to be held to enrich the lives of locals and more public activity venues will be established, according to officials from the sub-district.
