Yunyan breaks ground on Helenbergh project

A launch ceremony for the Helenbergh project in Yunyan district's Sanma area was held on April 11 in the district, which is located in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Helenbergh China Holdings Limited is a China-based property developer with a presence across the country.

The project in Yunyan district has an investment of 1.8 billion yuan ($277 million) and covers a construction area of 185,000 square meters. Once completed, it will include a kindergarten, supermarkets, cultural activity stations and business areas.

Wang Qian, head of Yunyan district, said at the ceremony that the province, the city and the district have attached great importance to the development and construction of the Sanma area. As a result, a considerable amount of manpower, material and financial resources have been invested in the area.

The Helenbergh is a high-end project with advanced concepts, and it will definitely enhance the image of the area and promote its development, Wang said.

He added that he hopes the project will be completed to a high standard and that the district will offer necessary services and help tackle difficulties encountered during construction.

Helenbergh has the confidence to inject new vitality into Guiyang's urban development and people's lifestyles, bringing new experiences to residents, said Lin Dexiang, the group's chief executive officer.
