Yunyan delegation seeks cooperation at CIIE

A delegation led by Wang Qian, the head of Guiyang's Yunyan district, paid a visit to the third China International Import Expo (CIIE), held in Shanghai on Nov 5-10.

The delegation visited the medical equipment, medicine and healthcare exhibition area and the national pedestrian street exhibition area.

Wang learned about various new technologies and products made by Fosun Group, including whole-body CT stroke trauma ambulances, digital dissection tables and the world's first general-purpose handheld ultrasound imaging system – Butterfly iQ+. He also inspected the company's Breas ventilators, Da Vinci surgical robots, CAR-T cell immunotherapy technology and ARTAS hair transplant assisted surgery robots.

Wang expressed his hopes that Fosun Group could strengthen project cooperation with Yunyan and provide the district with quality products and advanced technologies. 

The company also expressed a strong interest and willingness to cooperate with Yunyan's healthcare departments.

When visiting the national pedestrian street exhibition area, Wang stressed that Yunyan should learn from the experience and practices of cities that have become famous on the internet and accelerate the construction of historical and cultural blocks in the district. He added that Yunyan should strive to become a tourist destination that is well known both at home and abroad.
